During the recent flood situation in Delhi, many stray and abandoned animals were left stranded in waterlogged areas without food, shelter, or medical assistance. In response to the emergency, rescue teams and volunteers carried out relief operations to save affected animals from flooded locations.
Several dogs, cats, and other animals were safely rescued and shifted to temporary shelters where they received food, clean water, and medical treatment. The rescue efforts helped protect many helpless animals from injury, starvation, and dangerous flood conditions.
The initiative also encouraged local residents and animal lovers to come forward and support relief activities through donations, food supplies, and volunteer assistance. Continuous efforts are being made to ensure the safety and rehabilitation of rescued animals affected by the flood.
